HAPPY YOGA 2011

Esta última entrada correspondiente al 2010 es sólo una invitación a recibir el próximo año con el corazón abierto, a través del arte, la música y la belleza intrínseca del Yoga. En esta maravillosa práctica, así como en cualquier otra práctica artística, nuestro deber debe ser lograr la transformación interna con el propósito de convertirnos  –diligentemente, con honestidad y paciencia– en  mejores seres humanos; así, tendremos salud, felicidad y estaremos encaminados a construir un mundo mejor. This latest post corresponding to 2010 is just an invitation to receive next year with an open heart through art, music and the intrinsic beauty of Yoga. In this wonderful practice, as well as in any other form of art, our duty should be to reach internal transformation with aims of becoming –diligently, with honesty and patience– better human beings; that way, we’ll  have good  health, happiness and we’ll be on the right track to build a better world.
